bike gear for shorta**e*!

As it is the season of good cheer and credit card bashing, I went out with my spending boots on, and was very taken with HG air jacket ready for next summer, which due to global warming is due to be very very hot!!
Jacket sizing is a bit weird but at least i could get one to fit, but the matching trousers were a definite shock...I know I am a bit "well rounded" but the right waist size meant that the knees on the trousers were halfway down my calfs (calves???), so no spendy the money!
helpful suggestions like..spend £60 having them shortened ( and lose the pockets) are all very well, but has anyone out there come across this problem, YES I am Tall but a shorty in the leg department!
my dainese trousrs fit well by the way, so maybe this is only an HG thingy

I had HG summer stuff the ones where the trousers turn into shorts, just had the bit that you up zip shortened worked fine. But you need a good tailor type to do it, but mine only cost a tenner

Its the time of year to look at some of the BMW lightweight stuff, especially the 'airsuits'. Great quality, functionality and winter sale old stock prices at this time of the year. Shop around various BM dealerships for some good prices (SPC were advertising half price not that long ago)

Losing weight sounds like a great idea...but then theory and practice are often only distantly related! will look into what is on offer at bwm dealership...still it is a pity coz the hg stuff looked like good kit and right price
