Anyone recommend a cheap bike to bike set up that is easy to install and won't break the bank?

I've got a cheap set, it's rubbish that's why I'm selling it, waiting for Intaride to come up with their Bluetooth system.

Bike comms is definitely one of those things where you get what you pay for! Buying cheap is false economy.

I've been using a Scala G4 powerset for 4 and it's never let me down. The BT allows for music & phone calls (when needed), and the comms have always been crystal clear, enhanced by my using custom fit ear plugs.

Or there's the Scala G9 powerset:-

Depends on your budget really, but the Scala kit does last.......:D

Bounce, does the scala give a good range for bike to bike comms ?.

I have an autocom kit 21 which was £ 90 and use a kenwood TK 3301 which was £55 on eBay ...superb sounds and easy to use . Blue tooth is more modern but has issues sometimes . For a basic cheap set up use wired and expect to pay £150 .

The problem with Bluetooth is that it only works with other bluetooth users so if you go out on a group ride and people are using radios you can't talk to them and of course vice versa.

Radios are definitely you get what you pay for. But if its occasional use then a cheap kit will work but look at the £99 Intaride kit

Get the sena smh10 it's brilliant and now the smh20s is out there are bargains out there.

+1 Sena SMH10, latest version and latest FW allows intercom with other makes-apparently.

Music, phone, GPS, conversation with one or more - all with ease, no wiring to bike, transferable, well worth it

These work for me and my iPhone.

There are various sellers on Amazon & EBay selling basically the same kit.

Rider to pillion, stream music, interrupts when there's a call then carries on where it left off.
