Bike Value Again

As much as I'm resisting I think SWMBO will insist that my 2013 Triple Black GSA is sold to pay for my other toy (V8 D3). I'm just not using the bike so its hard to justify.

I need your collective thoughts on a bike value as I'm finding the value hard to gauge (other bikes have more extras but higher mileages)

Mileage is around 5500. Full BMW service history bought from Chandlers in Feb 2014 with 1700miles on the clock. Last service carried out 27/02/16 at 4831 miles so it due shortly for its annual service. Mot due 4th April. (I put a new set of Bridgestone A40 on for the last MOT). Bike is garaged.

Has ESA, but not sure what the premium pack includes. Has a mudsling at the rear and crud catcher up front, BMW alarm and an Optimate connection. Apart from that its standard and black!

Values are only going one way, for this type of bike

I would say it would be retailed from a BMW dealer for about £10.5....£10.995 tops with a two year guarantee. Without any side cases or top box I would say £9250. With the boxes possibly up to £9950....and a great buy at that.

I like the appreciating classic angle. Might try that on SWMBO. Did the "no point selling it now winter here" when I bought the V8 back in October.

Have panniers boxes but never got around to putting a top box on it.

Interesting as I was a lot lower and I was going to include the service and new MOT. Must ride the thing. Enjoy riding the bike when it comes out. 670 miles in a year, which included a one day ride of 230mile to London and back (which I didn't enjoy!)
