It looks all standard so it should be smooth from the bottom to midrange unless the jetting has been played with(unlikely).
The MX guys are right in trying it a few times because they aint no KLR,the throttle actually twists and it GOES,but it aint vicious.
Looks a good buy and I had emailed him asking if he would deliver it but by the time they replied you'd bought it!!

Thanks for the info Blue, don't know if it was on ebay I got it from Viva Moto in Bradford (saw it on autotrader) and does have the plastic bash plate. I don't know what the gearing is but when I pick it up saturday I can post the details.

The motorcross lads at work suggested I leave it as it is and ride a few times to see how well I get used to it before changing things.

Haha, yes we should exchange vid footage,I haven't really done anything with mine as of yet.
I would come a ride up on my 950adv but have a broken thumb and stretched thumb tendon but if you dont mind waiting 'til after the new year,i hope to be riding up in the Peaks either on or off tarmac so we can meet up at that point especially since i would imagine i would be up that way every other week or so.

We still haven't sorted a ride on the smaller bikes,although i can't ride for a few weeks(see above post), it would be good if everyone/most off the TAT could make it.
