With dry roads I got the old girl out and gave her a breath iof fresh air, after the winter. She ran like a sewing machine, of course. I look forward to being able to go a bit further afield. Fishing season opens on the rivers in a fortnight.
Nowhere special. The first, between the stones, is at Croxden quarry viewing point at Farway. The rest are Doveridge. Just go down the hill past the church, Mill Lane. You will have to turn around and come back - the path is not as wide as the bike is long except a couple of spots where the wire is loose!
No, I don't use apps at all. That is way beyond my capability. I use five words though:
Where the fook am I?
There are some lovely rides around the churnet valley and staffs moorlands.
If you do use the w3w location to Croxden, get there at lunchtime and pop into the Queens, the food and ale are fabulous

If you want a ride out, give me a shout, happy to show you some lanes less travelled, but they will be tarmaced ones. I don't know any gravel/off road ones. I have sent you a message with my phone number. PLEASE, don't try and do anything fancy with it, just ring and talk, that is what a telephone is for! If you try and send a message, I might find it by June.
