bit of advise really regarding a griso

hi folks ,my mate just bought a 07 griso with 7500 miles on it,when its ticking over ,clutch lever out all fine , pull it in and the bike has what sounds like a clutch release bearing noise ,is this normal .kind of opposite way round to a ducati clutch noise.

Yup my Breva 1100 does it, it's the clutch plates, there are two, and they rattle when the pressure is off them, perfectly normal!

it is the intermediate steel plate that makes all the noise .

I have an 07 Griso it does the same, it gets a bit quieter when warmed up but not much, its Italian personality.

My 1200 Sport does it too and I also thought it was buggered at first
