Very nice, just waiting to collect my tank panels and adv beak for my 1200 which I have had done in a very black with slight metallic, must be the in colour
Looks great in Black,and as it was Silver to start with it will be as fast as hell

And just to finish it off you will want a couple of these, direct replacement for the original. The pins on the back are identical however the roundel itself is 73mm not 72 mm but unless I had told you that you would never know

Chris, it looks great. btw, is thats screen extensions any good? I've a gs and I haven't quite decided if I want to spend the money yet. Can you ride with your helmet visor up over 60mph?

Will they fasten to the 1200 tank panels, or just the ADV.

Re removing top panel. When you take off the filler cap, is there some sort of a seal underneath, that needs to be renewed, when you put the filler back on?

Not painting the main beak and tank cover, will leave them Granite, just the tank panels and the ADV little beak extension in the same colour.

The screen extension is a fantastic addition in my book. The standard screen deflected the air flow straight into my eyes but now it`s visor up at 100mph no problem.
Headlamp grille is from Nippy and no I`m not an undertaker. I love the look of GS`s in black as was my previous 1150. It`s also pure vanity and I only really did it so it would be faster than my buddies red one......
Johnie, no seal to relace under the filler cap, just a big rubber seal which goes back nicely.

Chris , how much could does it cost to paint tank,side panels and beak painting. I know this will depend on the paint, but a ball park figure?
