Craig and I have been instructors on the BMW off road skills team but have decided, after both completing the Dakar, to set up on our own.

Our groups are much smaller than the groups on the BM school as we feel you will learn much more.

We are based in South Wales and have some AMAZING places to ride. We have bikes to hire or if you are planning an off road trip on your own bike it maybe best to get some practise in on your own.

We have a range of bikes from 450 KTMS to Suzuki DRZ 400s. We do have a tour for the larger adventure bikes but at present we cannot hire these out. There are a few spaces left at the beginning of August - hope you can make it www.blackdeserttraining.com

Black Desert off road training weekend - 24/25 September

just had a fantastic training weekend with Black Desert in South Wales.

It was awesome to receive the pearls of wisdom and practical experience and tuition from Craig Bounds & Tamsin Jones - both have done the Dakar and have huge experience at the BMW school and teaching kids!

The course ranged from novices to the more experienced - the company is great and the fellow riders had a great social time. They will tailor anything for a small group, including full kit & bike hire, so give them a call.
