Just seen a picture of a 2003 GS on a dealers website.

'Graphitine' in colour (Whatever that means!) But with what looks like some black engine casing like the adventure? What's that all about?

i want my baby back

correct,

black engine an option for all 1150`s standard and adv.
Looks good in graphitan with black imho.
Quite a few out there with the black option.

My Blue & White 2000/Y 1150 has the black engine. I prefer the look & the fact that it seems more durable? The only paint peeling off my engine is the silver paint on heads & cylinders.

I'd love the black swingarm & bevel box from a Rockster.

I've got an '02 Blue 'n White one with the Black engine option, and I agree that the Rockster bevel drive, etc would look good too, as would Adventure Blue/ Black wheels!

I agree that the GSA wheels would look better but I imagine them showing up the scratches a lot more?

I like my black engine too, easy to keep clean(drop of WD40 on a cloth)
What you want is some cast wheels, powdercoated,as below
Cheers Dave
They dont scratch easily!

Apart from the dodgy wheels, you could get the cylinder heads done!
:)
