Any body tried one of these phones for running MRA on a Bike for Navigation.
Stay away,

Read the blurb

Reflashed with a custom OS not android , so zero support from anyone

And you have to do restarts to show the memory size or somtihng along those lines

Save your money

I've had a couple of Blackview phones - my current one is a BV5200 Pro which works perfectly. My old one is on my bike as an extra device if my Zumo gets confused and has been fine in Africa and South America in serious heat. They do not, however get much in the way of updates so you need to be running the very latest Android.

What about this one am I correct this is running on Android 13

Same phone different clothes :D

The pics are headlines, designed to make you thing your getting something special,

when in reality, your getting something very basic

What do you want to use it for ?

If you want a basic phone for nav and music, and last gen android phone in a rubberised case and mount will probably suffice

Yes just for navigation on the Bike its the extra battery power that I am more interested in as MRA app sometimes uses a lot of power and I don't like plugging my Daily phone in all day when it is raining as you get messages on screen about damp plug. As I have just come back from six reasonably damp days around europe.
