OK, so if you can afford a GS1300 then you shouldn't be asking !
We all break indicators and mirrors, so what do these new fangled things cost to replace ?

I am sure there will be nicked ahem sorry 2nd hand ones on e-bay soon enough!!!

I’ve not seen a 1300 in the flesh yet so I wonder if anyone who has could answer this:
would it be possible to fit mirror extenders ie Wunderlich offset jobbies that effectively lift the stem base up and outwards?
Are there some sort of dastardly electrical connectors needed to make the blind spot arrows work?
Every gs I’ve owned needed extenders so I could see beyond my shoulders.

Well, for sure there is electricity in there and it’s always possible to extend it , but no longer as simple as it was . Plus , eventually Ali Express etc will have cheap alternatives , but not yet , for ‘the early adopters’.

After checking against the vin on a Transmontana ; £110 incl vat for blind spot mirrors, parts only . I was expecting much more.

Not me , if that’s who you are asking ? Too ‘small feeling ‘ for me , too new , tank too small and still trying to like the new headlight . The GSA should correct most of these issues , by which time early faults which may appear , could be sorted.
That said , neither can be £14-20k + better than my 1200, which get even better with miles .
