Just a line to say a big thank
you to Paul (service manager) and Mike ( service Tech) for the service I received at my 12000 mile / 2 year service. Mike picked up a fault with the gearbox 4 days before warranty ran out.
Gearbox replaced under warranty.
Then after warranty ran out I had to go back with doubts about the final drive?
No problems Mike confirmed same. Paul arranged goodwill replacement form BMW. Final drive replaced today.
Top service and top men.
