Blue tooth radio

I am currently running bmw blue tooth helmet and enjoy listening to music from sat nav, I would like to listen to radio blue toothed to lid and be able to control from Handle bars, can anyone suggest a set up ?

Looking at this problem I think I can see one way of doing it.As I see it,there are no bluetooth radios made suitable for bikes.So you could try a dab radio like the Pure Highway

Could try one of these, I have one, but the buttons are very small for gloved hands, I'm not sure if it's RDS. Living in the Highlands radio reception isn't that good.
Other than that it's okay.
