Any tips on how to get the Blue wheel rims clean on my 1150 GSA. Can`t seem to be able to shift the grime.

Ta.

Where's Tarka when you really need him?

I've been sloping 'Wonder Wheels' on mine, and that seems to work ok. Just make sure you rinse it off well because I think it is quite 'active'!

Go to your nearest BMW car dealer, buy a bottle of their wheel cleaner. It's safe on expensive car wheels, gets rid of the grime on the rims is safe on the spokes and the brakes (in fact it cleans the calipers up nicely too).

Wet the surface spray on with the pump bottle and work with a paint brush or similar.

It's a good general cleaner on the engine etc too.

You can buy re-fills in 5 litre bottles (just bought 5 litres today, cost £25. Sounds pricey but the 5 litres lasts about four years and I use it a lot!).

It's not caustic like Wonder Wheels (use that to get rid of the 'gold' effect on your exhaust but I wouldn't use it on the wheels), it's a strong detergent so needs rinsing after use.

Can't speak about the blue rims - but a combination of WD40 and Mr Sheen work on just about every wheel I've ever come across. Keeps em slippy for the next time too.

At Glambabe`s :dabone :dabone

I`d avoid Wonder Wheels and use Auto Glym Moto Clean, and a dishbrush or toothbrush for awkward areas, then rinse off.

Stubborn stains would get a squirt of WD40 or Duck Oil via an old tee shirt.

I`d steer clear of anything abrasive or caustic (apart from comments,of course :D ).
