It looks like the standard Motorola bluetooth handsfree in a waterproof case with mic and spkr plugged into the audio out.
Works well with my Nokia but drops connection with my XDA.

I'd make sure your helmet won't suffer from the adhesive....

I'm not considering this product for personal use, as I have Autcom connectivity which I'm happy enough with. Just thinking out loud I guess.

Is that just normal Autocom or do you have the Autocom (Nokia) bluetooth kit with it?
