I am looking for a Bluetooth headset to pair up with my Zumo 660 it must have a good level of volume, your views are appreciated cheers

I have a Jabra, I think its a 3030 model. You use a pair of headphones with it and its a great job, nice and loud. No mic though.

Nice one thanks, that's another option however I was looking for one that could be permentlty left in my helmet

scala rider Q2 is what I use with the garmin, my mate has one also and so we use them as bike to bike intercom.
Very hard to beat:flag

I have a Scala Rider G4 with my Zumo 550 and it works fine for most things. The only let down is the MP3 quality as the 550 is only a dual mono output and I tend to use the cable option for this as I get clear stereo that way. I used to have the Scala Rider Q2 which also worked OK but did'nt have enough volume for me and the G4 is better in this regard. The G4 should work much better with the 660 which has A2CP(?) output. I have been tempted to change my 550 for a 660 for this reason but is just too expensive for me to do this on 2 bikes.

I would just add that the FM radio is rubbish on the Scala devices unless you are close to a transmitter.

I've an Interphone F3 - voice quality from the Zumo is fine, plenty loud. Sounds a bit "Ok chaps, beware the Hun in the Sun.." but works fine.
I don't play music via the Zumo so can't comment on that side of it. Works 7hrs+ on a charge.

Not sure on the 660 but my 500 has separate jacks for the mike and headphone bit. Been toying with the idea of BT headphone adaptor with my Shure earbuds and running a separate mic to allow phone conversation on the go.

In reality I will never use the mic facility but its good to know that the Jabra works well, ta:thumb

I use a BT headphone adaptor with my Shures, and it works well, giving excellent sound quality from the unit voice and MP3s. It was a tenner from Ebay. I'd recommend being less of a cheapskate than me and buying a higher quality one though as mine does have its quirks - pushing the on switch activates the media player which can be a bit disconcerting if unexpected, but for a cheap solution works well. If you do buy from Ebay, beware that some come with only a US power adaptor.

I don't need to use a mic as I won't use my phone on the bike.
