Well I'm trying to give bluetooth a good go ditched autocom and trying this set up
New Shoei Neotec Helmet fitted with Sena 10u headset
New Sena SR10 Bluetooth adaptor
Used Kenwood PMR radio running with battery iliminator.
New delsdeals PTT Button
BMW Nav V Gps
Iphone 6+ phone
My issues are after a very clean and tidy install of the Sena 10u headset (no wires from helmet) love the idea nothing to plug into bike unlike Autocom.
I then fitted again a real clean tidy PTT button and wire through to rear of bike 2016 GSA.
then again a very tidy install of the Kenwood PMR an the New Sena SR10 Bluetooth module.
Here i show it is set up..
Sena SR10 module connected to power direct from battery through a Autocom inline power noise filter, then PTT plugged into Kenwood and power direct ,
The pairing is like this
SR10 bluetooth module paired as selective phone pairing direct to Sena 10u headset in Neotec helmet.
BMW Nav V paired up with 10u headset
Iphone paired (Phone only) not media with Nav V
all works great apart from it keeps dropping connections? so frustrating its something to do with PMR I think? so I turned off the iPhone Turn off the NAV V and checked the connections on everything PMR eliminator antenna etc everything OK.
Then i turned on the helmet and started the bike (after resetting the Sena SR10 it pared and when i push the PTT i hear whit noise and the red light on the PMR comes on.So its safe to say its working then i started agin this time included the Nav V its shouted device connected

set off a
route and i hear the Driving directions info. All good if i press the + button 1 second on the Sena 10U headset it starts to play music from my NAV V all good Whilst music playing i press the PTT it cuts out the music and again I hear white noise. All good then Then i play music and let the NAV V talk again it cuts off the music whilst giving directions again all good!
So I think why when i have tested it of the last two Saturday rides has it disconnected or stopped working ? as it all did yesterday again something to do with the Kenwood PMR and the Sena SR10 module.I then remembered whist riding you get this voice saying "CLICK" and it keeps saying it as if when your on the gas its cutting out the module to the PMR??????? So I donned my helmet turned everything on awaiting the voice that says "device connected (thats the NAV V) the it says "phone connected (Thats the SR10 Module)then i try everything agin this time whilst wearing the helmet i raved the GSA drum drum drum! and the voice comes on saying "Click" "Click" when on the gas and temporally cuts off the PMR and Im not sure bit i think it disconnected my Headset one time?
ANY IDEAS!!!!
I really like the neat Sena 10u headset in the Neotec its great with GSA keyless e.g. you just gas up ( no fumbling with key to open gas lid) you go pay and no unplugging on bike get back to bike no plugging in Just hop on and off! But if it don't work with my PMR I'm OUT!
