bluetooth radio ?

I have seen the new bmw bluetooth helmets and gps with bluetooth speakers for the helmet. What I want to know has enyone linked up a radio using bluetooth? The other thing has anybody tried the heads up display for the visor? You get the speed and gear selected on the inside of the visor.It never took off in cars though did it. Brand name is Veypor,sportvue HUD (heads up display)
