BM Alarm

Hi,

I have a 2014 GS TE with a BM Alarm.
(Fitting 3 function after market indicators hence in bits!).

Anybody know what the 5 wires do? Just out of interest.

+12V, switched 12V, 0V & left/right indicators?? Is my guess. Can anybody confirm what each coloured wire does please.

Bit more complex than that

Canbus & Linbus


On the Linbus side its pins 5&6 (5) WBR (6) WB - they go to the Ground module -

These link to the EWS ignition switch / immobiliser as well as ABS & RDC circuits & the Kombi

Canbus side

From the DWA(alarm) Pin 6 W/B is pin 2 (Can H) on the Kombi, Pin 5 W/BR (DWA) is pin3 on the Kombi (Can Low)

pin 18 DWA R/GR is pin 1 on the Kombi & Pin 5 on the EWS

Pin 4 DWA BR - is pin 2 RDC unit & -ve to the battery
