Lights flash on alarm set?

Fitted a combined DWA /RDC unit to my 2010 GS TC K25 earlier today and set the configuration to flash lights on set / unset……no joy. They’re factory LED indicators so could that be why.

I did turn them off and on again in the configuration but to no avail.

Alarm beep does work fine though.

Also, what is the “inflation” parameter in the DWC config?

Any ideas chaps?

Have you told the ZFE/ECU & Kombi, so they both see the retrofit DWA correctly? If it's a used unit has it still got another bikes VIN identity? IIRC there is a specific programming avenue for the retrofit, which has presumably been addressed already, but I guess the DWA module could have been programmed not to flash the indicators by a previous owner, using the remote's button pressing process. Just thoughts - Maybe run the question through say Google Gemini, or similar & AI will pick up almost every reference you need.

Thanks for that info, probably best if I delete it and re add it.

I did have a RDC only unit fitted and maybe I just didn’t correctly delete that before fitting the combined unit.

Apart from the indicators all is working well.

I’ve coded the new unit to the existing wheel senders.

Just playing devils advocate here, but what happens if you programme the opposite scenario - taking say the tone off first, then arm/disarm lights. What does the dash then show in terms or arming/disarming the system.

I seem to remember one of my BMW's, don't ask me which (RS?), had something illogical in the RDC/DWA settings on the dash.

BTW, maybe I missed it but I'm still not clear whether this is a new DWA, or used?

It’s a used one and I’ve tried every combination of options I can think of.
I deleted and re added it today? The only thing I haven’t done is physically remove it as it’s a PITA to get at.
Stumped.
There was an rdc only fitted before.
