No John but if you do run with a sat nav I think that it will be much better, and it will expand upwards by about 2 inches.

Thanks for the pics and info Jim, hopefully mines near the front of the queue. The GPS wont be such a problem for me, as I'll be using the Adv clamp. 
Difficult to fit ?
I thought I was the only one with this problem - but i solved it very easily a couple of years ago. I carry in the pouch at the rear of the bag a strip of wood 8" long x 3/4" x 3/8" with one end chamfered. Zip on the bag at the back and push down with the stick on the hook at the front - takes a few seconds only. A bit corny on a BMW? But it works! (I even found an old ruler in inches to make it easier for you to fabricate!)

Very nice tank bag... I will have to enquire at my local dealer. But I think the bag will only be availible in 2010 here

Looks good! I have avoided the 1200 monster model on my ADV due to snagging reports and made a very easy mod to the rear (rider end) of my 1150 bag that has conti nued to work great. Essentailly you extend the securing flap by about 10cm.
