Hi, does anyone know if there is a bmp copier for copying those groovy little bmp's that appear everywhere?

why would you need special software to copy bitmap files?

When I try to copy the moving file, it just saves it as a picture.

It sounds like what you are trying to download is an animated gif file.. this will have a file extension of .gif

eg. movingbike.gif

If, when you have downloaded it, it shows on your disk as a .bmp file, it is very likely to be the result of your temporary internet file being too big.

If you are using Internet Explorer you can resolve this by going to....
Tools >> Internet Options.
The window that will open then will have section called "Temporary Internet Files.
Click "delete Files"... this will empty the temporary internet files and hopefully resolve your download problem.
