Hi, congrats on the weight loss. What size waist are they ? I see its a 532 which BMW say is 38 to 40. Can they be cinched tighter or is the cinch to 38? Any protection included? Are their attachments for braces?

Hi, sorry only just seen this.

Hip and knee armour included, can be cinched in tighter, no attachments for braces.
