Anybody tried the recently launched BMW Titanium end can for the 1200GS/A made for them by Akropovic.......

Saw one today........light as a feather....removable baffle, carbon fibre mounting strap........mine will be on the bike by tomorrow night........first time in 30 odd years that I've been tempted by any type of aftermarket can......

Beautifully made...should be for £495.00RRP.......

Cheers

Heard from me stealer that he had received a bulletin from BMW stating that they are going to approve Akra exhausts as aftermarket add-ons. Looking forward to your report on this can - are the headers available with it? Good to see that the garish red and yellow scorpion badging has been subdued (for BMW I guess?)

I have the S/S can on my 1200 adv £316 with £50 voucher from Hein Gericke the Titanium one was £50 more. So now a BMW part that add's a £100 plus to the price

But very nice a bit longer and a very nice sound, very tight to the pannier rails.

Just fitted mine today with Remus headers - very nice and not too loud. This is a really beautifully made silencer and the laser cut emblem looks sophisticated :thumb

Um, Dutchman, sorry to hijack this thread, but I'm much more tempted by the prospect of a Motorrad Concepts MkII hugger. :o Is it coming soon? Like soon soon? :bounce1
