BMW Auxillary fog light maker company change

If anybody is tempted by these then just double-check before you buy. I know they quote it as 2017/18 lights but the image is definitely of the earlier problematic ones.

You are correct Andy but on the back of the older version the HELLA lights even though they still have the same part number , there is a date stamped on them, to give you an idea how old they are, example below, light is 19/042017 you can see this in the bottom right corner of the image, the newer lights are made and stamped FER.
