I was contacted by a senior member of staff at BMW Battersea.
We had a frank conversation, and I am happy to accept their apology.
I also take their point that the language used in my thread was a little strong. I wholeheartedly apologise for using the "C" word to describe the staff at BMW Battersea parts department.
I have asked BHT to remove my thread on the subject.
