BMW Battersea - Couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery

I can just get to vines around 5. She wasn't keen on it being so close. She said they close at around that time. Might be bollocks but who knows. Tried calling them yesterday but hung up after no answer and 10 minutes. Booked in with local indy, 2 whats app messages was all it took.

Their website says the Service Dept is open 8am-6pm Monday to Friday


The loss of a customer's business is never a good thing as it's often the experience with a dealership's aftersales/service department that sells the next bike/car/van :blast

Er? This was post dropped BEFORE I to messaged you 😎. Besides £310 pounds difference for the same work by dealers smacks of a rip off
 
Well the last 3 times I used vines dropped off after 5 the night before and picked up the following day at the same time, loan bike everytime, couple of months ago last time.

IIRC Battersea BMW is the flagship store for BMW ( supported by BMW Germany ) what are their labour rates compared to Vines ?

he does have a point , pick a shop , stick with them , become a valued customer.
build a relationship.
i've got customers that go back to 1995 .

I’ve tried. But can’t get through on phone or a call back to build relationship! In week. Happened multiple times! That’s the whole fng problem !!! The extra cost was just a bonus disappointment 🏍️😭
