BMW Battersea .......Excellent Service today

Saw this on BMW forum...............

Looks like this chap was very pleased

Now I never thought I'd be writing this considering my experience in the past but...........
I've just picked the bike up after its 6K service from Battersea aftersales and I can honestly say it is like dealing with a different company.
Service could not have been better in all respects:


The reception by the staff was friendly and helpful.
The desk staff were knowledgable about what was needed to to be done to the bike.
I had a loan bike as arranged but the guy in front of me didn't - he was offered a lift to the station (last time they told me where the bus stop was!!).
The work was finished before the promised time.
All faults were fixed except the one that needed parts (Jumping CD player)
I was offered a "service while you wait" appointment to fit the CD.


All in all - I could not fault them so all credit to the new service manager - it's really nice to be able to post something positive for a change

...good to see, and I can add a little echo too, in that last time I was there I was plied with cups of tea, given a lift to the station and so on and the organisational skills seem to be improving!
