bmw breakers?

Can anyone tell me some bmw motorcycle breakers or general motorcycle breakers who have any of the g650x bikes for parts other than motorworks?

If you need it due to a buggered thread (which is actually a helicoil type thing), I have a 22x1.5 tap and appropriate helicoil etc which should work.

There was a lower left frame on eBay recently. £105 or so IIRC.

I got some parts from Motorworks recently. So they must have broken a few bikes.

It's the gear side ltp,and someone has bought the one from motorworks the selfish gits!
Gfj,you say it is a helicoil,can it be removed and replaced with a new coil?,I have an m20x1.5 tap but don't seem to be making any progress,possibly because it's a coil??i have also removed section from bike so I may take it to a local engineering shop.the only replacement I could find on eBay was right side only from the states so it looks like he's sold his left side as well!!
Funny thing is it all started when the air shock snapped and I decided to look at swingarm bearings while waiting for a new hyperpro to arrive.... big mistake!!!!

Combine the two. I buy stuff off ebay.de and use google chrome to automatically translate the pages.
Send em an email in English and translated German. Never yet had anyone refuse to post to UK.
Pretty cheap too.

I may take it to a local engineering shop.

Presumably they can make a threaded insert bush and drill out the frame then TIG weld it into place??

Yes, I didn't realise it at first as it was all a bit compressed, but it started to unravel and I managed to uncoil it. Didn't appear to have been off before.

I wasn't really sure what size to re-tap the hole but went with a 22mm tap for the 22mm vcoil. It seemed to tighten up okay with the 20mm bolt.
