Just ridden past there and if they have opened a Motorrad section they've hidden it very well.
Just there usual huge car showroom & Separate Mini showroom.
I was the only bike in the area as far as I could see.
Shame as I'm really hoping this happens as a dealer on my way to work would be unbelievably handy!

I heard the Rumour from Alfs in Worthing but as yet Nothing!! Would be very handy for me!!
For now SLM are the best and closest to me!!

Something must be happening because at the NEC show the BMW rep covering the SE told me that they were opening a Brightron dealer very soon.

Hello all
Just a note regarding the New BMW Dealer in Brighton here at Chandlers Bikes. We are looking to have the showroom and workshop fully operational by the end of February/early March. Development of the site which will be part of the existing car showroom will start early next week so a little mess to contend with for a little until completion. However we are able to take any enquiries you may have straight away for all aspects of BMW Motorcycling, sales, service, parts and accessories. Because of the development we will not get many bikes here until early Feb. when the dust settles, but a few will be arriving next week.
We are recruiting staff now and an advert will go into MCN for next week if all goes well for Sales Staff, Technicians, Service Advisors, Accessory / Clothing advisors and a weekend showroom assistant. – let me know if your interested.
My name is Simon and I have worked with BMW motorcycles for the last 6 years. If I can be of any help on any matter please call me at the showroom or drop in for a cuppa and I shall show you around. I am about all week and on Saturday mornings for the next couple of weeks. Then no doubt longer when we are up and running.
Looking forward to it all.

Building work started today. The showroom will be right at the front of the car showroom, so most of you won’t be able to miss it. It’s somewhat empty at the present. No bikes as yet but we should have one or two by the end of next week. I think you will all like it. I am already referring to it as the only Motorcycle dealer with a car showroom out the back.
The car workshop is losing two bays to accommodate 4 bike ramps. We are also looking at doing MOT’s as well.
Yesterday we sold our first bike, an R 1200GS of course. Thanks Gareth. Can’t wait to get a few more under our belt.
As things progress I will keep you up to speed. And if you’re lucky I will post some photos.

I also hope there will be party. I heard a rumour about the new store today and drove past and through the car park but failed to notice any sign of a Motorrad dealer.
