bmw f650 whats it worth

hi guys ,bloke up the street has a bmw f650,its a p reg ,45000 miles ,long tax and test,new tyres and full luggage,i had a go of it and all seams fine ,used most days for work now he says hes going to sell it ,what do you think i should offer him,as he is just up the street i dont want to offend him ,and i dont want to offer to much.any ideas whats a reasonable amount.thanks

just had a bit chat with him,he said he really want 1300 quid ,but would.. settle for 1100 quid .

bought a nice one for 500 quid same age less miles

even the very late ones might make a grand - maybe

You did well to get one for so little, normally they go for £1000 > I'd guess the mileage puts the one in question around the £1000 mark. Pop it on www.f650.co.uk there's usually someone there looking for one. The full luggage adds to the value BUT he maybe better off taking it off and selling it separately on ebay
