Hi Folks,

For sale is my 2008 XC i've had it for around 10 years now and will be truely missed, so easy to ride even on windy days.
I'm looking to go two up touring with luggage etc so not really suitable.

It's all stock apart from a KnN filter and fender extender fitted
2008 black model with Rotax engine and ABS
New tyers front and rear 12 months ago (~500miles) Metzeler Tourance
New pads and calipers serviced front and rear at the same time as new tyres at Gowland motorcycles Bridlington
8725 miles on dash, although log book indicates dash was replaced at 6019 miles under warranty at Ocean BMW plymouth and rubber stamped
Just passed MOT - no issues

Hi,

Do you think total mileage is 14.7k or 8.7k? I suppose if the dash was faulty and replaced by a Motorrad dealer they may have the facility to correct the mileage in the new instrument?

Is there a centre stand fitted?

Hi,

No centre stand. not sure about bmw having the facility but worst case 14.7k miles, the dash was changed before i got the bike, apparently the dash on the early ones didnt do well with water. i did get the bike from the same dealer Ocean BMW and used it to commute to work

It's kept with a full tank to keep the pump rubbers/seals better lubed or not drying out and always protected with the acf stuff.

I ride it every now and then and it always puts a smile on.
