I had a new front shock fitted last year and the Tyres were replaced last year at around 37 k still loads of life left in them, it as a full service history first 10 stamps are BMW and then the 2 by a specialist, It also had the rear disc + pads changed an new rear wheel drive bearing at a cost of over £600
Its a very solid bike and very clean
Whatever the bike needs it gets
The bad bits
The fuel strip got changed and worked for about 6 months then failed again but it started working and has been for about a year but believe it or not it failed when I was taking these pictures
maybe it will work again when it’s full of fuel 
it’s a common fault on these
There is some corrosion starting around the front of the engine, see pics but it is a 19 year old bike, that being said it’s in very good condition and ready to tour
