2018 GSA 1200 Rebound issue

Hi I have a issue with rebound/dampening on rear suspension. I’ve recalibrated using the GS 911 tool but still have the Pogo effect also tried battery disconnect but still the same issue bike is a 2018 GSA 1200 with only 10,000 miles any ideas, please

It's a failed shock. Get it sent to T-Tech suspension for a refurb. Or see if they'll do a ride in Service.

Thought as much ! Thanks for your advice is it common for this to happen with a low mileage bike

It's more so age & mileage. As your Bike could have had a hard 10K miles (Luggage & pillion). BMW only covered them under warranty for 30k miles from new. They're not designed to last a long time, which is why Denzo (forum member) started T-Tech to refurb the OEM shocks & offer upgrades.
