BMW GSA1200 Panniers - How Much ?

Would be interested to hear how much people paid for a set of new GSA 1200 panniers when purchased separately from the bike itself (not as part of the package).

My unscientific enquiries suggest a variability within +/- £100, which might seem a lot.

Anyone care to share what they were forced to part with to take their stuff in a set of matching metal boxes ?

Don't know, but don't forget to add the price of the locks, which might account for some of the difference.
