Reading so many posts about underperforming Motorrad dealerships, I thought Id share this. . . . .
On route to Malta this year, I decided to have my tyres changed at the BMW Motorrad Center Stuttgart. My daughter lives 20 mins away. So I unload the bike and delivered on time. The whole experience took me by surprise. After booking the bike in, I was asked if I was waiting for the bike, or if I wanted a loan bike. As it was only an hour Max, I decided to wait. I was taken to the coffee sofas and showed how to use the machine, And then I was told, as I was having work completed, I could have a free breakfast in the Cafe. I did indulge.
On returning to the shop floor I was looking around the new bikes on show. I noticed the right cylinder had an updated plastic protection cover. It extended under the tank. I enquired about this at the desk. A service member then arrived and explained it was a July update part, and that as my March 25 Bike didnt have it, he would change it for me. Free of charge. I left this dealership genuinely happy. They went way beyond what I've experienced in the UK.
