yes it can be there was a heat wave last year tho over 40c in the day time

They used to let you camp with your bike... That has stopped now. There is always plenty of camping space but the bike park fills quite quickly. So if you're not there by Friday afternoon expect your bike to much further from the camp area.

I'll be going but I'm already halfway there in Basel. Happy to meet up with anybody coming this way.

Hotel require update on final room numbers before lunch time 'Bank Holiday Monday morning' (30th May) - then it gets released

Looks like they moved the whole Garmisch kit to Spain.
That,s a nice location some good biking and good weather.
