I've had this a few years now and really enjoy it. Nothing wrong with it and just updated to latest maps today. Comes with case and lead. I'm changing it as I've now got a 'make life a ride' version.
I just had to look up ghosting to find out what it was and I can confirm this device has never had those symptoms. The only time I have got annoyed with it is when the screen gets dirty and it thinks I've got my finger there, causing it to change view! A quick wipe gets rid of that. I imagine they all do that. Oh, and there's a mark on the screen that's been there a while; doesn't affect anything (see photo).
