BMW Navigator mount to phone adapter

I have seen an image somewhere (can't relocate it) that showed a phone mounted on an adapter and locked into the Navigator V or VI prepped mount on a GS. I should be very grateful if anyone can provide a link to such a thing as I would like to mount my phone there using this method.
