Just bought myself a loverly black 1150gs 01 with 30000m and loads of extras. Very nice chap through ebay !!, well chuffed and getting used to it in this orrible weather ! Quite a change to my guzzi 1100 sport which needs new clutch then to be sold (boo hoo - many years of loud fun) but not entirely practical in me mid-advancing years !! or for touring .
Just wanted to say thanks to you people who post so much usefull info on this site, been a great help and I'm sure will be for years to come !?
Hey I just thought, Ill be able to take the inflateable white water canoe in the blinkin great panniers to the devon coast !! (mind you may need it to get down some roads soon !!)

Welcome to the madhouse. I'm sure you'll enjoy your GS at least as much as your Guzzi.
I rather fancy a Guzzi Norge myself, thats the only bike I could see me trading my GS in for.
