As above, I know they are an option, but are they any different from the originals in terms of quality or comfort? Anyone tried both and can give a comment?? Jus wondering whether to try one, or are they just expensive with no real world benefit?

Aren't they the ones that are made out of billet?
Someone must have ordered one at some time??
My Option 719 seats. I find them very comfortable compared to a demo bike I rode with std seats. I’m not the first one to complain about seat comfort on the RT but we’re all different when it comes to seat comfort. 
A friend had these fitted to his 23 plate RT, but also added the top box for the K1600 GTL to complete the look.
