Bought my GSA last year (2007) and specced the pannier rack. Haven't bought the panniers yet. Have done a search but can't see if there are any panniers other than the BMW ones which fit straight onto the BMW rack. Does anyone know of any? Thanks

The rails on the GSA are made specifically for the BMW panniers and thats all that can be fitted to them.

Aaah so that is why its so much cheaper to spec the rails from the factory, not daft these BMW 'marketing' types

Nope they are well ahead of the game.
I liked the GSA panniers and fitted them to my GS, but I'm switching over to the Motech Trax system and drop dead gorgeous black

Set of panniers in the black finish complete with rails and all fittings will retail at £552.21 plus delivery, but have sorted out a group deal which makes them even more attractive than that
