Bike is in very good used condition, I am only selling as I am moving to Spain and I already have a GS there.

I have had this bike for around 3 years and in all honestly have not done very much with it at all. I bought this bike from a good friend who owned it for many years. I have carried out the following works in my ownership. When i bought the bike I
changed all of the oils and cleaned the Carburettors prior to riding the bike. This year i have carried out the following works.
New tyres Metzler Tourance. Push rod seals and new head and rocker cover gaskets. New exhaust Y link pipe and a good set of downpipes sourced from Motorworks. Carburettors have been rebuilt with new diaphragms and o rings.
Sump gasket was also replaced.
I have fitted a new front caliper from a later 1100 GS, a very common upgrade for the R100. The bike is in very good condition and rides really nicely for a 33 year old bike. There are a number of spare parts including an original shock absorber, high front mudguard and new pair of accelerator cables and a new clutch cable.I have fitted a set of Fastway foot pegs for my comfort but appreciate that someone else may prefer the original items which are included. Bike currently has the single seat fitted but an excellent condition double seat is also included. Standard panniers are in very good condition.one of the locks on 1 pannier is missing but the latch still works. All in all a very usable classic GS.
