hi i am wondering is it is possible to make a silencer for my r100gs use in a vw beetle baffle or some thing like it and some pipe would it run ok any ideas new ones to much money thanks Sean

I used to have a Lambretta with a reverse cone clubman exhaust which had a Beetle silencer. It was OK until all the baffles blew out and it got so loud children would clamp their hands to their ears and start crying when I went past. :cool

A mate of mine ran VW silencers for years on his Bonneville, never had a problem.
