Will the engines still corrode ?

It's to be hoped so, otherwise bods will have to keep them more than 6,000 miles!

Just a rehash of whats arguably a very good bike I can now attest. I do think the TB GSA I have just bought is the best looking of the bunch and that the blue rallye is just a kitsch German iteration. Although when pressed it does look the business going flat out on that gravel!

It is horses for courses, but the LC has more torque (and power) than than the TC, I had a TC for 3 years and put over 30,000 miles on it, the LC is just that bit better for all my needs.

I hear what you are saying but my wife has a GS LC (2013) and it certainly does spin up quicker than my TC GSA but I prefer my lazy low revs torque.
Her screen is also no use to me as I sit tall in the saddle and my Givi air flow suits me fine.
As you say it all depends on what is better for each individual's needs.
