my 2010 GS had indicators on both sides, ie flappy paddles..so I think it might not be the 1 sided turns. Does SE have abs,ESA? Was ESA service by T Tech as well?etc

I nearly got into serious trouble with my girlfriend back in 2013 for taking her 20 year old daughter on the back of my 2011 R1200RT. The daughter asked me to go faster so on a straight stretch of fen road I opened it up. When we got back, she told her mum she'd looked over my shoulder and seen an indicated 125mph. Bike was as steady as a rock, no buffeting, etc. As I've said before, if I could get this one in my garage...

R1200RT is such a great bike, I only sold mine as I couldn't use a clutch lever anymore. A great all round bike as well as the best bike for touring
