BMW repair puncture kit

Just used one of these and it seems very good. The down side is that I have used all the glue for one puncture!! Can I just use normal rubber glue as per a bike repair kit or is it different stuff again. I can then use the 2 remaining plugs and just pay 2 quid for rubber glue...beats paying 15 quid for a complete new kit.

I have been down this route and used cycle rubber solution.
Horror! the glue did not set.
Go to Hein Gerike and buy a new BMW like repair kit for £12.

Your life is worth more than £12, throw away the old stuff.

I just brought a kit from Motorworks and it has the same glue in it as a repair kit I get from work for the pushbikes

You can buy the plugs and glue as individual items from BMW and they cost a fraction of the price of the complete HG kits. Adhesive is part number 71112332084 and the plugs are part number 71112300231
