BMW Streetguard II trousers

I have a pair of BMW Streetguard II trousers which have faded (in different places) due to the sun? (actinic bio degradation)

Has anyone with the BMW Streetguard II had anything similar happen to theirs?

They are about 14 month old so should be covered under warranty.

Happened to a jacket I had. Replaced without a problem.

Yes same gas happened to mine. They started fading to brown in the first 6 months and now at 18 months they look rediculous. Its a known problem and I've been told mine will be replaced. But BMW said this would take a month, not good enough in the middle of a very wet summer!
