Sold BMW streetguard trousers

purchased off this forum this week sadly to small, they appear to have been miss labled as a 27 this size should be 40-42 inch waist, but as in the pictures below you can see they are more like a 36-38 waist with a 31 ish inside leg. they are as the seller described as near to new as you would get without being new.
I already have a pair in size 27, i purchased these as a spare pair thinking they would be exactly the same size, but are not.
I would like £90.00 for them please.

Please be aware that i have made a genuine mistake in the listing and omitted to say that these do not come with the thermal liner its a genuine mistake on my part and sorry to anyone who has shown an interest, but again for clarity they do not have a thermal liner Sorry for any confusion.
this is how i purchased them off this forum.
