As some of you may be aware I'm having some problems with my brand new 800GS which I now have not had for 9 days, bought on the 13th May, recovered on the 17th May.
It is being examined but they say they've found nothing wrong which alarms me rather, as I don't want them giving it back to me in the same state.
I would like to have email details or phone details for BMW UK customer services manager. North Oxford have contacted them for me but so far no feedback, I was given a woman's name but I didn't have a pen with me when I was on the phone.
Any help appreciated thanks.
